The fibre laser marker is an identification marking solution dedicated to harsh environments.
Its aluminium cast housing is robust, rigid and dampens vibration and shocks. IP rating head Ip 54 for better protection of the galvo laser head and reduces long-term maintenance costs.
A dust filter is included within this high-speed laser marking machine. No cooling fan for electronics and source protection.
To facilitate and reduce the programming times of your PLCs, our Fibre laser engraver for metal is natively compatible with a wide range of communication protocols: Ethernet TCP/ IP, RS232, standard 8 I / 80, Dedicated I/O via DB-37 and optional industrial communication protocols like Profinet & Ethernet IP.
Developed by Gravotech and enriched by numerous application experiences, it includes all the functions necessary for identification and traceability.
Serialise your parts easily, with text, serial numbers, logo, generate unique codes like Datamatrix, barcodes, QR codes, UID, GS1, and configure your variables, counters and shift codes.
Delivered as standard with each marking laser, Lasertrace allows you to create your marking files in a few clicks. Once the files have been transmitted to the control unit, your marking laser can operate autonomously or controlled by a PLC.

Highest level of safety
The mini Inline package includes safety sensors (inductive or optical) for part detection. They are linked to the protective shutters and high speed laser source monitoring. We protect the operators from the fumes and particulates generated by the laser marking. The Mini Inline ensures that we extract completely the fumes generated by the Fibre laser.

We have carried the reliability from the Fibre laser over to the Fibre Energy, with a IP54 marking head sealed from dust and other projection, designed to cope with a harsh environment. The Fibre energy also carries the full communication capacities to integrate into any manufacturing process for traceability. PROFINET, Ethernet IP, Ethernet TCP/IP and RS232 interfaces are available along with dedicated I/O and USB ports to easily connect it to your workflow.
With fibre source available in 20W and 30W versions, you can get a precise and powerful marking on a wide range of metallic materials: steel, stainless steel, titanium, aluminium and more.
